Sources: Bien Nacido Block I planted 1973, Rancho Vinedo planted 1973 & Rancho Sisquoc. Winemaking: whole cluster pressed, oxidation of the pressed juice, spontaneous barrel fermentation in old 225 L French oak barrels, aged on lees without additives for 17 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal SO2 added at bottling.
