You would think this mead, made from wildflower honey, would be like sipping a bowl of honey - but quite the contrary - and refreshing for it. Wood spice notes mingle with a lilting honey fragrance that follows through on the medium-bodied palate - again, opposite of what you'd think - and again, better for it. Finishes like a fino sherry with a splash of honey and oloroso sherry mixed in. Super interesting and worth exploring.
