This wine is entirely produced from the Greek grape variety of Malagousia, which was saved from extinction due to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. Following a cold soak, vinification is carried out in a mix of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The wine is left with its lees for a number of months to gain structure and body. It has a brilliant straw color with greenish shades and an aroma of ripe fruit such as pear, mango and citrus. On the palate the rich flavors of lemon peel enhance the appealing mouthfeel, adding a well-balanced finish. Enjoy with a wide range of dishes from seafood to poultry to pasta prepared either in a Mediterranean or Asian style.
