This Alsatian-style white from Northwestern Spain is made from an almost extinct grape called Loureiro, that this estate has now been growing for over 25 years. Floral and crisp with a meduim body and a nicely integrated acidity. Flavors of white stone fruit, flowers and tea permeate the mineral and wet stone notes. Balanced and subtly flavorful, this should be a no-brainer pair with most richer seafood like crab or octopus.
