North River Rye 2022 Apollonia Edition is a complex expression finished in a combination of NY Oak, Cherry, and Sugar Maple woods. This finishing was done in Quercus Cooperage barrels aboard the Schooner Apollonia while it traveled the Hudson River. Climate, temperature, and humidity combined with the movement of the ship, all work to uniquely age this North River Rye expression. 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley
